- Service refers to Consulting.
- The website refers to Frankart Global, accessible from https://www.frankart.global/.
- Consulting refers to the franchise consultation offered for sale on the Service.
- Order means a request by you to purchase Service from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You made the payment for the Order of the
Service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, made the payment for the Order of
the Service.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 business days from the day we receive the cancellation request.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the price of the Order, and You will not incur any fees
for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In Order for the Service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that the following:
- The Service was purchased in the last 30 days
The following Service cannot be refunded if:
- The cancellation request is made after 30 days from the day of the payment for the Order of the Service by You or a third party appointed by You who is not the carrier.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any Service that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole
discretion.
